WELCOME.

I'm Allie—an Artist and Graphic Designer from Long Island, NY currently living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. I graduated from SUNY Oswego with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design, and am now working in Manhattan! I am currently the Graphic Designer at Elegran Real Estate where I am developing the brand as well as branding and marketing the 160+ real estate agents. I hope to grow into graphic design roles that focus on brand development and managing a design team, but have grown to love in-house design as well.

I have always had a passion for creating, designing, and doing anything art related since I could hold a crayon. Even way back as a 4-year-old I was a detail-oriented artist. I would draw scenes with the characters from the Wizard of Oz (my favorite movie!) and add each character’s individual fingers, and even fingernails. I would be entertained for hours during the day making scenes with rainbow nonpareil sprinkles on top of the sticky side of duct tape. I would use a wet toothpick to pick up each sprinkle—one at a time—until I had something magical in front of me. 

I grew up solely doing traditional art. So, painting, drawing, sculpting, and doing everything creatively with my hands was my entire childhood. I would get inspired and not stop until my vision was complete. I always loved to challenge myself when it came to creating and building, and the best feeling was being proud of my outcome. I started working in the Graphic Design realm during college for better full-time job opportunities and I really grew to love it as much as traditional art.

Art and design are my biggest passions in life and I hope it leads me to places all over the world. I hope to travel and meet people of all different backgrounds and stories and learn what influences them and their own passions. I feel that art is a vast connecting agent for people and is extremely important to us as a society. We can change the world with art.
